1. Acceptance into the Program

1.2 Application Review: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. GBCO Clothing reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

2. Program Participation & Promotion

2.1 Affiliate Links and Codes: Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique affiliate link or discount code to share with your audience. This link/code will track sales generated through your referrals.

2.2 Brand Representation: As an affiliate, you agree to represent GBCO Clothing in an authentic and positive manner. Any content shared about GBCO Clothing should align with our brand values and style. Misrepresentation of our products, brand, or any false claims will result in immediate termination from the Program.

2.3 Content Requirements: Affiliates must post a minimum of [X] pieces of content (e.g., stories, posts, videos) per month to remain active in the Program. Content should include clear, honest endorsements of GBCO Clothing products and use the provided affiliate links or codes.

3. Commissions & Payment

4.2 Prohibited Actions: Affiliates may not use any form of misleading or spammy practices, such as fake social media engagement, keyword stuffing, or unauthorized paid ads.

4.3 Intellectual Property: GBCO Clothing grants affiliates a limited license to use our brand assets (e.g., logos, product images) solely for the purpose of promoting our products. This license is revocable and non-exclusive.

5. Program Termination

5.1 Voluntary Termination: Affiliates may leave the Program at any time by notifying GBCO Clothing in writing.

5.2 Termination by GBCO Clothing: GBCO Clothing reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the Program for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or any actions that may harm the GBCO Clothing brand.

5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, affiliates will forfeit any unpaid commissions and are required to remove all promotional content related to GBCO Clothing from their channels.

6. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to keep all information regarding GBCO Clothing’s products, business practices, and any other sensitive information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

GBCO Clothing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program. GBCO Clothing makes no guarantees regarding potential earnings or Program outcomes.

8. Modifications to Terms

GBCO Clothing reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the Program following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
